Final Contracts Signed To Transform The Eastern Freeway

Premier Jacinta Allan announced that two consortiums will upgrade Melbourne’s Eastern Freeway. The Momentum consortium—John Holland, Seymour Whyte, Jacobs, and Mott Macdonald—will upgrade the section between Hoddle Street and Burke Road. The Synergy consortium—CPB Contractors, BMD Constructions, and Arup—will work between Tram and Springvale roads. Upgrades include new lanes, motorway technology, and improved transport and park connections.
