The Plains Wind Farm in NSWās South-West Renewable Energy Zone will feature 171 turbines with 1.23 GW capacity, plus roads and electrical infrastructure. APA Group finalises indigenous land use agreement for Sturt Plateau PipelineAPA Group has registered an Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) with Traditional Owners for the 37km Sturt Plateau Pipeline (SPP) in the Northern Territory. Facilitated by the Northern Land Council, the ILUA ensures structured collaboration on social, economic, and environmental matters throughout the project. The pipeline will connect Tamboranās Shenandoah South Pilot Project to APAās Amadeus Gas Pipeline, supporting power generation from 2026. Construction starts September 2025, with completion expected early 2026.

A development application proposing the establishment of a 10-storey residential building in Adelaideās CBD has been lodged with the South Australian Planning Commission. Planning documents note the proposed building would occupy a 1,241-square-metre lot on Hutt Street.

The $655 million Ballarat Base Hospital redevelopment has entered its final stage, with structural works now underway on a new seven-story tower. Once complete, it will deliver expanded emergency, surgical, and maternity services, 100 new beds, and a helipadāboosting patient capacity, job creation, and healthcare access across the region.
Construction is underway on the new West Tarneit Station, part of the Geelong Line upgrade. The project includes building two platforms, an accessible underpass, a 400-space car park, bus interchange, bike facilities, and new access roads. Structural works support future rail expansion, easing congestion in one of Melbourneās fastest-growing suburbs.
